You sign in to IsseiHub with a Torn API key. This page says what the hub does with it, in the format the Torn API terms ask for.
The hub

What we call with your key
user/basic: your ID, name and level, when you sign in or change your key.key/info: your key's access level, at the same moments.
Item market values, the point price and the list of all companies come from shared caches that the hub refreshes with its own key. Opening a tool does not spend your API calls unless the tool below says it does. Every call made with your key carries the comment IsseiHub, so you can see it in your Torn API log.
Third-party data
Bazaar prices come from Weav3r (TornW3B), a third-party Torn price service. The IsseiHub server downloads its public price list; your Torn API key, your name and your account data are not sent to it, and your browser does not contact it. The one exception is your choice: if you connect Weav3r on your profile, the hub sends the key you registered on weav3r.dev (or your hub key, if you said they are the same) to weav3r.dev, only to read your own W3B receipts. Disconnect it any time; the key is deleted at once. Torn's own market value is always the first source; if Weav3r is down, tools keep working on Torn data.
Foreign stock in Stock Predict comes from YATA and other community Torn services that share what players see abroad. The IsseiHub stock engine downloads their lists; nothing about you is sent to them.

Key levels

Use the lowest level the tools you want need. You can make a new key in Torn preferences and swap it on your profile at any time.
